Our plums are grown in Dali, a highland region in Yunnan, at the foot of the Cangshan mountains near Erhai Lake.
With abundant sunlight, clean air, and a naturally balanced climate, this landscape gives the fruit its bright acidity and refined aroma。
Made with just three ingredients
hand picked plums (vibrant in acidity and rich in aroma, these plums bring freshness, structure, and a clean, layered fruit character. ), base spirit, and rock sugar.
Each batch is steeped slowly over time, allowing the flavors to deepen, soften, and come together naturally. The result is a smooth, refined finish — shaped by patience rather than intervention.
True quality requires no camouflage. Our recipe is restricted to just three essential components: High-Plateau Green Plums, Pure Base Spirit & Natural Rock Sugar.
Innovated upon traditional Yunnan fermentation techniques using a patented water-sealed clay jar process.
Utilize a traditional "Sugar-Steeping" method for over 90 days, allowing the plum's flavor to be released naturally and integrate fully with the spirit.
